Eligibility & membership

Laurelhurst Beach Club is a private neighborhood beach club serving eligible residents within the established club boundaries. Membership is available to homeowners within those boundaries and is limited to one membership per tax parcel.

What membership includes:

Access for all immediate family members residing within the household

Full access to club amenities and waterfront recreation

Sailing, swim programming, and seasonal events

Community gathering spaces designed for all ages

Annual dues are payable through MemberSplash and are due by June 1 each year.

Membership rates

Membership includes access for all immediate family members residing within the household, with full access to club amenities, programming, and member events throughout the season.

Eligibility

Boundary Map & Zoning

Eligibility for Beach Club Membership shall be strictly limited to the following: Any person owning and residing on real property zoned as a “Single Family Residence” (SFR) as of January 1, 2013, and which real property is located within the boundaries set forth on the map attached hereto (collectively, the “Boundary”), which map is by this reference incorporated herein.

Further, membership shall be limited to only one membership per tax parcel within the Boundary. Membership applications for any tax parcel within the Boundary that has been modified, altered or changed (including without limitation subdivided SFR lots, and approved changes to the existing parcel zoning designation) after January 1, 2013 (collectively, “Altered Parcels”), shall be separately reviewed by the Board, and approval of membership for such Altered Parcels within the Boundary shall be granted at the sole discretion of the Board.

50+ Years

Honorary Members

Residents who have maintained an active membership with Laurelhurst Beach Club for 50+ years may qualify for Honorary Membership status. Honorary Members continue to enjoy full club privileges while being recognized for their longstanding dedication to the club and their role in preserving the traditions, community, and legacy of Laurelhurst Beach Club.
